For 20 years our mission has been clear - to authentically capture the powerful and energetic samba styles played in Rio.
If you want to add some unique magic to your corporate show, wedding or celebration, we sing the carnival anthems and play the instrumental beats, that are taken to new heights with our group of stunning dancers.
Maybe you want to try something new and start playing or dancing samba? We welcome you to join us at our year-round workshops and rehearsals in Uppsala.
Percussion workshops are on Wednesdays and you are welcome to join free of charge. We provide all instruments.
Free beginner samba drum classes - Registration is open!
Whether you're looking to learn a new skill, or simply have fun, our classes are designed to cater to all ages and abilities. You can borrow all instruments and drum sticks.

Why we love samba
Everyone is welcome, whether you're a percussion pro or a complete beginner. Samba is a unique art form with a rich history and tradition. Learning the techniques, rhythms and songs is a life long journey.

We perform with players and dancers from all over the world. There are also international events where we all play, sing and dance together, including 'SES' a yearly event where all of Sweden's samba groups unite.
Performing
The joy of performing to a audience is incredible. And playing a parade… There is nothing like it! You’ll be performing before you know it.

We create an atmosphere of warmth and support - who ever you are. Difference is what makes us stronger.
Health
Who needs the gym when you can dance and drum your way to fitness! Drumming engages your body and mind simultaneously, promoting brain and body development.
